REFUNDS AND RETURNS

RainwaterGifts.com has a 30-day-no-questions-asked return policy. If for any reason you should change your mind about your purchase, we will gladly return or exchange your item(s). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and payment will not be returned until item is received. Shipping each way is the responsibility of the customer in the instances of exchanges or repairs.


REPAIRS

RainwaterGifts.com will gladly repair your item if any damages occur within the first 30-days. When returning an item, please include receipt, all pieces, and original packaging. Shipping each way is the responsibility of the customer. After the 30-day’s has passed, RainwaterGifts.com will gladly repair your item for a nominal fee to be determined on a case-by-case basis. It is still the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping each way.


ALTERATIONS

If you would like an item but you want the length changed, please send an email stating your name, the item, and the desired length. Also, if you wish to change the metal/style of the earwire for a pair of earrings, please send an email stating your name, the item, and the desired material/style. Typically there will be no additional charge.


BEAD AVAILABILITY

Exact beads may not always be available for each piece. Due to this some bead substitutions may be necessary.


PRIVACY POLICY

E-mails provided to us are strictly kept confidential and used solely for order correspondence. We do not share or sell your personal information with any source. We use PayPal, who handles our merchant account. Your credit card number is kept secure through PayPal services. Questions? Please email anytime. We will return all e-mails as soon as possible.


SHIPPING

All payments must be received within 14 days or the order will be cancelled. You may charge credit cards easily through PayPal. You don't need to sign up to use it and it is completely free. Once an order is placed through PayPal, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to the address you provided with the status of your order. A second e-mail will be sent once the order has been mailed. Orders are sent out as soon as possible and are typically received within 10 to 14days. Occasionally there will be a delay in shipping in which case you will be contacted by e-mail and notified of the situation. All domestic orders are mailed via USPS. There is a 10% shipping and handling fee.
